She was a member of the Alpha Sigma Lambda Honor Society. Mrs. Baker graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1997. Mrs. Baker clerked for the Honorable Warren J. Krug, Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court for Calvert County, Maryland. Mrs. Baker was admitted to practice law in Maryland in 1998 and in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland in 2001. Since 1998 Mrs. Baker has volunteered in various professional and volunteer associations, serving as President of the Calvert County Bar Association in 2005.
